1. Shipping
We ship on CPT conditions – delivery is paid to your city, customs tariff/fees are paid by the Buyer. Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday. Weekend delivery is not available. Order will be shipped from the stock in Prague, the Czech Republic within expedition time specified for each product individually. Once your order was shipped, you will receive a shipment notification via email from DHL In this email you will find the tracking number of the shipment, you can track it here.
Note for USA shipments: for imports from Europe please be aware that US Customs may ask for your IRS, EIN or SSN number before enabling delivery to your address. Click here for more details from US Customs (https://www.cbp.gov).
We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
If your shipment arrives at the “ship to” destination and DHL can not reach you by the phone number you’ve specified as contact number, we will try to reach you to schedule second delivery attempt. However, if neither we nor DHL can not reach you within 5 business days from shipment arrival to “ship to” city, the shipment will be abandoned and no refund will be possible.
2. Returns
You have a right to cancel your order without a reason before you get shipment notification from DHL. You will be refunded in full amount, except PayPal fees.
You have a right to return ordered items in case their functionality or technical specifications does not comply with those stated in product Specifications (part of delivery set). You will be refunded in full amount, except PayPal fees.
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by the Seller. We will process your return within 7 working days.
3. Warranty
If ordered items are faulty or become faulty within warranty period specified in item Specification, you have a right for free item repair or exchange (upon Seller’s or Service center’s decision).
Please, note: items should be operated only as described in corresponding Operation manuals. If items have traces of deliberate damage or operated otherwise, than specified in corresponding Operation manuals, the warranty will be voided.
