Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and bank transfer. All payments are processed over a secure, SSL-encrypted checkout.
Are prices shown with or without VAT? Can I get a VAT invoice?
Prices are shown net (excluding VAT), with the VAT-inclusive figure displayed alongside. VAT is applied at checkout based on your destination. Business customers with a valid EU VAT number are reverse-charged (net), and a full VAT invoice is issued with every order.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
Yes. We offer volume discounts for larger and recurring orders. Use the "Request a quote" button on any product, or contact us with the products and quantities you need.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide with DHL Express from our EU warehouse.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within about 2 weeks via DHL Express. Some in-stock wireless products ship within 1–4 days. The estimate is shown on each product page and confirmed at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated by weight and destination, so the exact cost appears at checkout. We show an approximate "from" estimate on each product page so there are no surprises.
Will I have to pay import duties or taxes?
For destinations outside the EU, local import duties and taxes may apply on delivery. These are set by your country's customs authority and are not included in our prices or shipping charge.

How do I choose the right sensor or meter?
Use the product finder on our shop page to narrow down by what you need to monitor, or contact our engineers — we'll recommend the correct product for your vehicles and setup, free of charge.
Are your products compatible with my telematics or GPS system?
Our devices use standard interfaces (CAN J1939, RS-485, frequency/analog, and wireless), so they integrate with most telematics and fleet-management platforms. If you're unsure, send us your system details and we'll confirm compatibility before you buy.
Where can I find manuals and datasheets?
Every product page links to its page in our Documentation Center, and many include a downloadable datasheet. You'll find installation manuals, integration guides, and technical specifications there.
Do I need any additional accessories?
Some products require a service kit or specific cabling for configuration and installation. Where that's the case, we show the recommended items under "Frequently bought together" on the product page.
Warranty, Returns & Support
What warranty do your products come with?
Our products carry a 2-year manufacturer warranty. As the manufacturer, we stand behind every device we ship.
What is your returns policy?
If a product isn't the right fit, you can return it within 14 days for a refund. Get in touch and we'll guide you through the process.
